If you use multiple IDs to access your accounts, sign in to each of your accounts to see which privacy settings are available. You can also access
att.com/cmpchoice from
myAT&T.
- Go to att.com/cmpchoice.
- Enter your myAT&T user ID and password.
- Select Automated Messages > Manage automated messages.
- Choose your settings for automated texts and/or phone calls.
Note: If you choose Automated Call for the Pay Bill Reminder but use
att.com/cmpchoice to disable automated messaging for billing, you may turn this notification off.
