Have you canceled service on a new line within 90 days of activating it? If you had to activate the new phone line so you could be eligible for the promo, your smartphone credits will stop if you cancel the line.
You can get your smartphone credits back. Reinstate the canceled line within 30 days of getting the notification text. If you don’t, you’ll no longer get the credit each month and the balance owed on your device will be due.
