Block outgoing calls

Here’s how stop outgoing calls to international numbers:

1. Go to Account overview and select My digital phone.
2. Choose My voicemail & phone features and then Phone Features.
3. On the Phone Features tab, scroll to Outgoing calls.
4. Select International Call Blocking. 
   • Select ON to turn on international call blocking.
   • Select OFF to turn off international call blocking. 
5. Select Save.

Don’t worry. International blocking only blocks outgoing calls. When it’s turned on, you’ll still get incoming calls from friends and family abroad.

Don’t want the charges associated with placing operator-assisted calls? Here’s how to prevent those calls:

1. Go to Account overview and select My digital phone.
2. Choose My voicemail & phone features and then Phone Features.
3. On the Phone Features tab, scroll to Outgoing calls.
4. Select Directory Assistance Blocking. 
   • Select ON to turn on Directory Assistance Blocking.
   • Select OFF to turn off Directory Assistance Blocking. 
5. Select Save.
