Fix calls not going to voicemail

Check your Call Forwarding features to make sure your digital home phone calls are going to voicemail.


To make sure your Call Forwarding features are on:

  1. Go to the AT&T phone portal. Sign in with your member ID.
  2. Select Features, then Call Forwarding.
  3. Make sure the following features are listed as On and forwarded to voicemail:
    • No Answer Call Forwarding
    • Busy Call Forwarding
    • Safe Call Forwarding
    • All Call Forwarding
