Restore incoming calls
If you aren’t getting incoming calls, try these tips:
If you have a cordless phone, be sure it has power.
Check that all cords are securely connected to your gateway.
Restart your gateway by unplugging it from the power source (this will temporarily interrupt your AT&T Internet and TV services). Plug the power cord back in and wait two minutes for the gateway to power up.
If you’re able to call out, have a friend call your phone as a test.
Verify call forwarding is off If you are still having problems, verify that call forwarding isn’t activated.
