Activate a transferred telephone number

If you placed an order to transfer a telephone number to your AT&T Phone service, call 877.377.0016.

• The system will ask for the telephone number that needs to be activated.
  
• If the number is ready to be transferred, the system will take you through the steps to activate.
  
• If there is a problem with the activation, you will be transferred to a Customer Care agent for help.
