You don’t have to do a thing. We’ll automatically remove the plan’s $6 monthly charge from your bill on August 18, 2019. We’ll prorate your bill so you only pay for the days that you had the plan. It may take up to 2 bill periods for a credit to show up on your bill.
Heads up: If you call for service after your plan ends and the issue is found to be in your home, we’ll charge your account $99. This charge includes our tech coming to your house, identifying the issue, and repairing it. All billable repairs come with a 90-day warranty.
