Cancel Connected Car data plans

Learn how to cancel Connected Car in-car Wi-Fi hotspot plans online.


AT&T Wireless

Do you pay for your in-car Connected Car™ through your AT&T Wireless™ bill? Here’s how to cancel it:

  1. Go to your online account. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Select the vehicle phone number that you want to cancel and select Cancel my plan.
  3. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.

MyVehicle

FYI: For many prepaid Connected Car plans, you can keep your in-car Wi-Fi but stop automatic payments by turning off auto renew.

If you purchased a Wi-Fi hotspot data plan through the AT&T MyVehicle portal, you can cancel your account on the same site.

  1. Sign in to your MyVehicle account.
  2. Select the vehicle you want to cancel.
  3. Go to MyVehicle Account Dashboard and select one of the following cancel options:
    • Cancel my plan
    • Disable auto renew
    • Cancel my plan and remove my vehicle
  4. Follow the steps to complete your AT&T Connected Car™ prepaid data plan cancellation.

In-Car

Cancel in-car Wi-Fi for Honda

If you purchased a Wi-Fi hotspot data plan through the HondaLink app, here’s how to cancel:

  1. Open the HondaLink app on your iOS or Android device.
  2. Go to Manage Features, then Wi-Fi Hotspot. Then select Other AT&T Settings.
  3. Select Cancel My Plan to end your subscription.

Cancel in-car Wi-Fi for Acura

If you purchased a Wi-Fi Hotspot Data Plan through the AcuraLink app, here’s how to cancel:

  1. Open the AcuraLink app on your iOS or Android device.
  2. Navigate to Manage Features, then Wi-Fi Hotspot. Then select Other AT&T Settings.
  3. Select Cancel My Plan to terminate your subscription.

Cancel in-car Wi-Fi for Audi

If you purchased a Wi-Fi data plan through the MyAudiConnect for Audi, here’s how to cancel:

  1. Visit the MyAudiConnect website.
  2. Go to Subscription Details.
  3. Select Suspend Recurring Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
