Each line has its own phone number, and both will be placed on the AT&T Prepaid® Unlimited Enhanced Plus plan.
Both lines must remain active on the account to maintain the $60 monthly rate. If either line is removed, the remaining line will return to the standard single-line prepaid plan price.
