Want help troubleshooting your iPhone® or iPad®, or doing a warranty exchange in Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands? You can get help at several AT&T stores. Be sure to bring your Apple device, power adapter, and any accessories related to the problem you’re having.
If you do a warranty exchange at one of these locations, your replacement device will be an AT&T Certified Restored device.
