Did your AT&T Prepaid account get canceled? Here’s how to reactivate service.

You must purchase a new SIM card and plan to re-establish your AT&T Prepaid® service. Choose one of these options:

FYI: You must make a payment within 60 days of your AT&T Prepaid account balance expiration date. If you don’t, your account will be canceled and you’ll lose your phone number. The best way to keep your account active is to sign up for AutoPay.
