Get info about account owner

The account owner is the person who is financially responsible for an account. This person's name is listed on the bill.

How to view and pay your bill

Sign in using your AT&T ID or primary Member ID (AT&T email) and password to view your bill. As the account owner, you can also pay your bill and manage your services.

FYI:

  • If you have wireless service with a combined bill, you must sign in with the ID that manages your other AT&T account. For example, if your wireless and internet services are on the same bill, sign in with your internet ID to view or pay your bill.
  • If you sign in using a subaccount Member ID (AT&T email) and password, you can't view or pay the bill.
