Get info about Wireless Home Phone

Current users can enjoy our wireless network for their home phone service. This service isn’t available for new activations.


Use your phone

As a current user, you can:

  • Make and receive calls: Use 10-digit dialing for domestic calls. For the best signal, place your Wireless Home Phone near a window.
  • Set up voicemail: Wait at least five minutes after turning on your device before setting up voicemail. Press 1 on any phone connected to the Wireless Home Phone and wait a few seconds. Follow the prompts to create a password and record your greeting.
  • Check voicemail messages: Press 1 and wait a few seconds. Follow the prompts to get and manage your messages. You may have to enter your password each time you check voicemail. If you need to check voicemail messages while away from home, just call your Wireless Home Phone number. When your voicemail greeting plays, press * and enter your password.

Manage your account

Use the AT&T app on your device or sign in on a computer to manage your account. Keep in mind, compatible device and account registration required. Data and messaging rates may apply for app download and usage.

Troubleshoot issues

If you have an issue with your Wireless Home Phone:

  1. Go to Device support.
  2. Select your Wireless Home Phone device to view instructions and videos.
