Check for water damage
To check if your Galaxy S7 active has water damage:

Remove the SIM card tray.
The Liquid Damage Indicator (LDI) is located inside the SIM tray slot. It is a small white square block with red “X” marks.
If your phone is water damaged, the white box will be pink or red.
