Your bill’s going to have a new look

Starting September 1, 2020, your wireless bill may look different. But, your current pricing and discounts won’t change as long as you maintain eligibility.

Find out what is and isn’t changing

What’s changing

If you have …
  • AT&T WirelessSM service only, we needed to make system changes which may affect your bill due date. You may see additional one-time proration charges if your bill due date changes. Be sure to pay the full amount of your next bills to avoid any late fees.
  • AT&T Wireless plus one or more other AT&T services, you currently get one combined bill for all your services. Effective September 1, 2020, you’ll get a bill for your wireless service and a separate bill for your other services. Until then, continue to pay any combined bills you receive.

What isn’t changing
  • Current monthly pricing
  • Discounts - as long as you satisfy all other eligibility requirements
  • Services you’re signed up for

After the change, your next wireless bill will have a new account number. It may also have a new due date or a one-time partial-month charge. You’ll have to:
  • Set up AutoPay or paperless billing again for each bill. To sign up, go to att.com/autopay.
  • Sign up your new wireless account for myAT&T. Go to att.com/myatt.

Good to know: The change will take up to 2 bill periods. Until then, be sure to pay your bill in full. Otherwise, late fees may apply to any unpaid amount.
