If you have …
AT&T WirelessSM service only, we needed to make system changes which may affect your bill due date. You may see additional one-time proration charges if your bill due date changes. Be sure to pay the full amount of your next bills to avoid any late fees.
AT&T Wireless plus one or more other AT&T services, you currently get one combined bill for all your services. Effective September 1, 2020, you’ll get a bill for your wireless service and a separate bill for your other services. Until then, continue to pay any combined bills you receive.

After the change, your next wireless bill will have a new account number. It may also have a new due date or a one-time partial-month charge. You’ll have to:
Set up AutoPay or paperless billing again for each bill. To sign up, go to att.com/autopay.
Sign up your new wireless account for myAT&T. Go to att.com/myatt.
Good to know: The change will take up to 2 bill periods. Until then, be sure to pay your bill in full. Otherwise, late fees may apply to any unpaid amount.
