Changes to your AT&T account

Though you’re leaving Walmart’s bring-your-own-device (BYOD) program, we’ve made sure you’re still with AT&T.

DETAILED INFO
What’s changing
Walmart told us that you’re not part of the Walmart BYOD program at this time. To qualify, Walmart employees have to sign in and use VMware AirWatch on a mobile device.

What this means to you
You still get a discount, although it is smaller. We moved your current account to the AT&T Signature Program for Walmart. You can review your account at myAT&T.com.

Your new AT&T discount1 includes:
  • 25% wireless service discount on eligible rate plans
  • 40% accessory discount
  • Waived activation or upgrade fees
With this account change, you’ll see two updates to your wireless bill:
  • A service discount change from 80% to 25%
  • The loss of any monthly plan credits, other equipment, or activations that part of Walmart’s BYOD program
If you have any questions, please reach out to your Walmart supervisor or HR contact.
