Changes to your AT&T account

Thanks for choosing AT&T Wireless as part of Walmart’s bring-your-own-device (BYOD) program.

What’s changing
Walmart recently told us that you’re no longer eligible for the Walmart BYOD program discount. To qualify, salaried associates must sign in and actively use Airwatch on a mobile device.

What this means to you
You still get a discount. We changed your current account to the AT&T Signature Program for Walmart, so you’re all set.

Your new AT&T discount will be in place no later than February 9, 2021.1 It includes a:
  • 25% wireless service discount on eligible rate plans
  • 40% accessory discount plus waived activation or upgrade fees

With this account change, you’ll see two updates to your wireless bill:
  • A service discount change from 80% to 25%
  • The loss of any other equipment, activation, or monthly plan credits available to Walmart’s BYOD program participants

If you have any questions, please reach out to your Walmart supervisor or HR contact.
