• Department of Defense form DD214, Veteran ID Card (VIC), or veteran-noted driver’s license (veterans)
• Department of Defense sponsorship card (spouses, widows, and widowers)
• An AT&T Unlimited Premium^®, AT&T Unlimited Extra^SM, AT&T Unlimited Starter^SM, or older unlimited plan

You qualify if you’re a K-12 classroom teacher, a college or university faculty member or instructor. You’re also eligible if you’re a family member of a qualified teacher who is the primary AT&T Wireless account owner.

To qualify, make sure you have:

• An employee badge showing full name and eligible position
• A pay stub less than 60 days old showing with your ‘full name and eligible position
• A state teaching license or certification (for K-12 teachers)
• Letter of employment showing your full name and eligible position
• An AT&T Unlimited Premium, AT&T Unlimited Extra, AT&T Unlimited Starter, or older unlimited plan
