On November 1, 2021, the AT&T Voice Dial service will be ending, and we’ll remove this subscription service from your wireless account.
Info about the change
We’re letting everyone who has an active AT&T Voice Dial subscription on their wireless account know it’s ending on November 1, 2021 and will no longer be available. This service lets AT&T Voice Dial subscribers place calls by speaking the name or number of the person or business they want to reach.
Good to know: You should have received a message from us because you’re enrolled in the AT&T Voice Dial subscription service.
What this means for you
You don’t have to do a thing. We’ll automatically remove the service’s $4.99 per month charge from your bill on November 1, 2021. We’ll prorate your bill so that you only pay for the days that you had the service. It may take up to 2 bill periods for a credit to show up on your bill.
Heads up: Address book contents won’t be available after November 1, 2021.
