Reset your AT&T Mail password

Learn how to reset or change your AT&T Mail password.

Forgot or want to change your AT&T Mail password? We can help. You can easily change or reset your password by setting up text messages for password resets.

If you check your email at currently.com, you can also manage your email password on att.com.

Good to know: The password used to sign into your email and AT&T are the same. If you change your AT&T Mail password, your AT&T ID password will change, too.

Find your password

Did you recently change your AT&T ID password? Try to sign in to your email using your AT&T ID password. If that doesn’t work, reset your password.

  1. Go to reset your password.
  2. Enter your AT&T ID and the last name associated with your ID.
  3. Choose your verification method and follow the prompts.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password.

Change your password

Know your password but want to change it? Here’s how:

  1. Go to your AT&T account profile. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Select Edit next to Password.
  3. Enter and save your password info.
