You can set up Microsoft Outlook Express to display only unread email or to display all the email in a folder. If emails disappear after you've read them, Outlook Express is set up to show only unread email. To see all the email in a folder
- Open Outlook Express.
- In the toolbar, select View.
- Select Current View.
- Select Show All Messages.
All the email messages in the folder will appear, regardless of whether you’ve read them or not.
