Check your trouble ticket status

To check the status of your ticket:
  1. Go to AT&T Online Repair.
  2. Enter the Telephone Number associated with your problem.
  3. Select the product associated with your trouble ticket from the drop down menu.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. Choose the Check Status option from the next page.
