How do I view the Web Remote Access Log?

The Web Remote Access log is used to view both successful and unsuccessful attempts to connect to your local network.

Web Remote Access Log

Each entry records the date and time the attempt was made as well as the Internet IP address the attempts was made from. To view the Web Remote Access log:
  1. Open your browser.
  2. In the address line type Home Portal.
  3. On the main navigation bar at the top of your browser, click the Remote Access tab.
  4. Click LOG to view the Web Remote Access log.
  5. To clear the log, click the CLEAR LOG button, located in the lower right corner of the page.
