Use the AT&T mobile purchase website to view, cancel, block, and manage third-party and AT&T mobile purchases.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
You can make donations and purchase content, goods, and services from AT&T and other companies by applying charges directly to your wireless account. We’ll send you a text message with the purchase info when you make a mobile purchase or donation. These charges appear in separate sections of your bill.
If you have AT&T Prepaid, purchases will also appear as separate line items, and we’ll deduct the cost from your Prepaid account. You’re responsible for all authorized charges.
You can view purchased goods, services, and donations from AT&T and other companies. You can also request a refund for donations. Before you start, make sure you have access to the device used to make the purchase.
Go to Mobile Purchases and enter the 10-digit AT&T wireless phone number of the device used to make the purchase.
Select Next. We’ll send an 8-digit PIN to that phone number.
Enter the 8-digit PIN and select Submit. We'll show your Purchases History, where you can request a refund or cancel your subscription.
FYI: Our mobile app purchases refund policy only allows two refund requests per calendar year.
