Get bill alert notifications

Learn how to update bill alert notifications sent by email and/or text. These notifications provide information about bill and payment activity.

How to get wireless bill alert notifications

  1. Go to Profile > Communication preferences.
  2. If you have more than one account, select the wireless account from the dropdown at the top.
  3. In the Bill alert section, select Edit. 
  4. Use the toggles to update your notification status and complete any additional fields if prompted.  
  5. Save your changes.

When you’ll get a bill alert notification

Wireless customers can receive a notification by email and/or free text message when:
  • One of the mobile numbers on your account is suspended.
  • You have a billed data/text/talk overage.
  • A credit appears on your bill.
  • A mobile purchase is billed to your account.
  • A monthly recurring discount is applied to your bill.
