First, make sure your handset is activated on the Cell Booster Network and not on the AT&T network.
Then, if your Cell Booster is located:

- Next to another Wi-Fi® device, move it at least a foot away from that device
- On the floor, move it onto a desk or table
- In a cabinet or closet, move it into a more open area
- Near furniture or other insulated or radiating devices (like a couch, microwave, or flat-panel TV) that may interfere with the Cell Booster’s broadcasting signal, move it to a new location where there’s less interference
If these don’t help, make sure your internet speed meets the minimum requirements. It should be at least 5Mbps. The recommended speed is 100Mbps. Test your speed
