To chat with an Abode team member about your Connected Life devices or service:

  • On the web: Select the chat icon on a Connected Life support article.

  • In the Connected Life app: Choose Support and then Message. Make sure you have the latest version of the AT&T Connected Life app installed on your mobile device.
