Review the Connected Life warranty policy

Devices purchased from the AT&T Connected Life site or your AT&T Connected Life account, have a 1-year limited warranty from the date the devices were purchased. The warranty is provided by the device manufacturer.

This includes devices purchased as part of a device kit, or purchased as an add-on, including:

  • Security hub

  • Google Nest Doorbells

  • Google Nest Cams

  • Key fobs

  • Door/window sensors

  • Motion sensors

  • Keypads

Look for your devices under Orders in your Connected Life account.

This Warranty does not apply to any product misused, abused, altered or used other than as approved in writing by Seller, as determined by Seller’s inspection of the Product.

For help with your Connected Life devices, including warranty inquiries, contact the Abode support team for Connected Life.

An Abode agent will guide you through troubleshooting steps to identify the issue.If the issue is believed to be covered under warranty, the agent will assist with you a warranty claim. Once approved, replacement equipment will be shipped to your address at no additional cost.
