App Troubleshooting

Use application manager to improve your app and device performance.

  1. CLEAR APP CACHE: Swipe down from the Notification bar with two fingers, then select the Settings icon >  General tab > Apps > select the desired app > Storage > Clear cache.

  2. STOP AN APP: From the Apps menu, select the desired app then select Force stop.

  3. CHECK FOR APP UPDATE: From the home screen, select the Play Store app > Menu icon > My apps & games > desired app > UPDATE.

  4. REMOVE AN APP: Select UNINSTALL then select OK.

  5. REINSTALL A PREVIOUSLY UNINSTALLED APP: From the desired app in the Play Store, select INSTALL then follow the on-screen prompts.
