Navigation tips

This tutorial shows the navigation tips for the device.

INSTRUCTIONS & INFO

To quickly access a function, press the desired corresponding key.
Press the Power key to turn the Backlight on or off. Press and hold to power the device on or off.
Press the Menu Key to access the Menu screen.
Press and hold the Menu key for 3 seconds to lock or unlock the screen.
Press the Configurable key to adjust the Volume. Press and hold to assign a new function to the key.
Press the Fitness key to access the Fitness screen.
To select an option on the touchscreen, long press the desired option.
To navigate on a screen, scroll up or down.
To switch between screens, swipe left or right.
