1. Slide the Back cover down to remove it from the device.
   
2. Insert a valid Mini-SIM card into the indicated SIM card slot as shown, with the contacts facing down.
   
3. Slide the Mini-SIM card all the way forward, ensuring that it is secured firmly in place.
   
4. Insert the battery so its contacts line up with those in the device interior.
   
5. Slide the Back cover upwards to reattach it to the device.
