1. To change your voicemail password, you must know your current voicemail password.
   Note: If you've forgotten your password here's how to reset it.
   
2. From the home screen, tap the Apps icon.
   
3. Swipe to, then tap Visual Voicemail.
   
4. Tap the Menu icon.
   
5. Tap Settings.
   
6. Tap Change voicemail password.
   Note: Alternatively, to change the voicemail password by calling into the IVR service, from the home screen, tap the Phone icon > Tap the Keypad icon > Touch and hold the 1 icon > Enter your current password (if prompted) > From the main voicemail menu, tap the 4 key > 2 key > 1 key > 1 key.
   
7. Follow the on-screen prompts.
