1. To change your Visual Voicemail password, you must know your current password.
   Note: If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access Voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.
   
2. From the home screen, tap the Apps icon.
   
3. Scroll to and tap the Visual Voicemail icon.
   
4. Tap the Menu icon.
   
5. Tap Settings.
   
6. Tap Change voicemail password.
   
7. Enter your desired new voicemail password, then tap Continue.
   
8. Reenter desired new password, then tap Finish.
   Note: You can also change your password by calling in to your voicemail. From the dial pad, press and hold the 1-key > Enter your voicemail password + the # key > 4-key > 3-key.
