Download Apps & Games

In this tutorial, you will learn how to:

• Download an app
• Update an app
• Uninstall an app
• Re-install an app

Download an app

1. From the home screen, click the Play Store app.

Note: The Google Play Store provides access to the latest music, apps, games, videos, and more. A Google account is required to access. For more information or support, please see the Google Play Help site.



2. Click the Search field. Enter the desired app name, then click a suggestion or press the enter key.



3. Click Install.



3. The  Downloading icon will appear in the Quick settings panel while the content is downloading.

4. To access the app after it has downloaded and installed, click Open.

Note: Apps can be returned within 15 minutes of purchase. To return an app, from the  Play Store app search for and click the desired App > click Refund > Request refund.

Update an app

1. From the Play Store, click the Account icon then click Manage apps & device.



2. Click Updates available.



3. Click Update next to the desired app to update. Click Update all to update all apps.

Uninstall an app

1. From the home screen, click the Launcher icon then click the Expand icon.



2. Right click the desired app, then select Uninstall.

Note: Click Uninstall again to confirm. To remove an app from the app shelf, right click the desired app then click Unpin.

Re-install an app

From the desired app in the Play Store, click Install then follow the on-screen prompts.
