- How do I restore content to my device?
Open AT&T Personal Cloud. Then select Menu > Settings > Tools > Content Restore, then choose the categories you want to restore.
Have an iPhone? You can restore photos, videos, and contacts. Have an Android phone? You can restore photos, videos, contacts, music, documents, messages, and call logs. Note: If restoring an SMS/MMS, select Restore, and set Personal Cloud as Default Messaging.
- Can I use AT&T Personal Cloud on my desktop computer?Yes, you can download and run the Personal Cloud app on your desktop computer, which is available for Windows and macOS. To download the app, visit https://personalcloud.att.com
- How do I delete files from my personal cloud library?First, open AT&T Personal Cloud, then select Menu and choose the content type you want to delete: Photos & Videos, Music, Documents, or Contacts.
