If you bought your device on att.com, follow this guide to help you get started.
Remove your SIM card from the packaging, insert it into your unlocked device, and turn the device on.
Use your phone to scan the QR code on your activation card and follow the prompts to activate.
If you bought a new phone with AT&T Prepaid, it automatically comes with a SIM card installed. Simply turn the device on and follow the prompts.
Activation of service may take a few minutes. Physical SIM cards, eSIM QR codes, and newly purchased devices can take 2 - 3 business days to arrive.
