Change the name on your account

To make changes that impact your account security, you'll need to call us at 800.288.2020.

Any of the following items can be updated online:

• Your billing address (You haven't moved, but you'd like your bill to be mailed to an alternate address.)
• Your email address
• Your contact phone numbers
• Your checking/savings account billing address or credit/debit card ZIP Code

Note: If your account is less than 30 days old, and you wish to change your billing address, call us at 800.288.2020.
