Subscribe to calendars in AT&T Mail

Find out how you can subscribe to public and private calendars.

DETAILED STEPS

Subscribe by invitation or by email address

Invitation from a calendar owner
  1. Select Add Calendar in the invitation email.
  2. Choose the calendar you want, then personalize it.
  3. Select Save.
Using calendar owner’s email address
From your webmail inbox:
  1. Select the calendar Calendar icon (it’s to the right of your inbox).
  2. Choose Actions, then Add a Friend’s Calendar.
  3. Enter the calendar owner’s email address, then select Continue.
  4. Choose the calendar you want, then personalize it.
  5. Select Save.

Subscribe to a public calendar or follow other calendars

Public calendar
From your webmail inbox:
  1. Select the calendar Calendar icon (it’s to the right of your inbox).
  2. Find the list of calendars, and select the gear.
  3. Choose the public calendars you want to subscribe to.
Other calendars
From your webmail inbox:
  1. Select the calendar Calendar icon, then Actions.
  2. Choose Follow Other Calendars.
  3. Enter the iCal URL in the iCal address field. If you got the URL from an Apple iCal user, use the URL starting with http instead of webcal.
  4. Personalize the calendar and select Continue.
  5. Enter the email address for the calendar and select Save.

Unsubscribe from a calendar

From your webmail inbox:
  1. Select the calendar Calendar icon.
  2. Place your cursor on the calendar name, then select the down arrow.
  3. Select Unfollow, then Unfollow again.
