<p>BGW320 Wi-Fi® gateways will start using new software to update Wi-Fi extenders on April 20, 2025. The new software won’t work with older AirTies 4920 and 4921 models. This means those models will stop getting updates and no longer work.</p>
<p><strong>Good to know:</strong> AirTies 4920 and 4921 were sold and are not provided with AT&amp;T Extended Wi-Fi Coverage Service.</p>
<p>If you have an AirTies 4920 or 4921, you can choose to:</p>
<ul><li><strong>Add Extended Wi-Fi Coverage service:</strong> <a title="Link opens in new window" href="https://www.att.com/wi-fi/extender/" target="_blank">Learn about Extended Wi-Fi coverage</a></li><li><strong>Make no changes: </strong>On April 20, 2025, your older Wi-Fi extenders will stop working</li></ul>
