About the AT&T Voicemail Viewer app

You can download the AT&T Voicemail Viewer App to your qualifying iOS or Android device and listen to your voicemail messages or even read them as text. To use the Voicemail Viewer app, you must have:
  • AT&T home phone service with AT&T Voicemail or AT&T Unified Messaging
  • AT&T Business Phone service with authorized access to Voicemail Viewer
  • A supported wireless device
  • The AT&T Voicemail Viewer app downloaded from the Apple App Store® or Google Playâ„¢ store.

Supported iOS devices

The following devices are supported:
  • iPhone® (iOS 11.0 or higher)
  • iPad® (iOS 11.0 or higher)
  • iPod touch® (iOS 11.0 or higher)

Supported Android devices

The following devices are supported:
  • HTC (OS 4.4 or higher)
  • LG (OS 4.4 or higher)
  • Motorola (OS 4.4 or higher)
  • Samsung (OS 4.4 or higher)

FYI: AT&T Voicemail Viewer doesn’t work with all Android devices or all software versions. Standard data usage charges may apply.

Use the AT&T Voicemail Viewer app

First, set up your voicemail mailbox. Then, sign in to the app with your 10-digit phone number and your 6 to10 digit PIN.

  • The phone number associated with your mailbox
  • The device you’re using to access the app
  • The problem you’re having
