View a list of your voicemail messages

Voicemail Viewer

You can download the AT&T Voicemail Viewer App to your qualifying iOS or Android device and listen to your voicemail messages or even read them as text. 

Supported devices, operating systems, and browsers
To use the Voicemail Viewer app, you must:
  • Subscribe to AT&T Phone or AT&T Unified Messaging.
  • Have a supported wireless device or computer operating system.

Supported iOS devices

The following devices are supported:
  • iPhone® (iOS 5.1.1 or higher)
  • iPad® (iOS 5.1.1 or higher)
  • iPod touch® (iOS 5.1.1 or higher)

Supported Android devices
The following devices are supported:
  • BlackBerry (OS 4.4 or higher)
  • HTC (OS 4.4 or higher)
  • LG (OS 4.4 or higher)
  • Motorola (OS 4.4 or higher)
  • Samsung (OS 4.4 or higher)

AT&T Voicemail Viewer does not work with all Android devices or all software versions. Standard data usage charges may apply.

AT&T Voicemail Viewer (Home) is for AT&T home phone service customers who have AT&T Voicemail or AT&T Unified Messaging as their voicemail service.

AT&T Voicemail Viewer (Work) is for Business AT&T Unified Messaging customers who have been authorized access to Voicemail Viewer.

Computer
To add the Voicemail Viewer gadget/widget, the following operating systems and internet browsers are supported:
  • Windows Vista/Windows 7 with Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 or higher; Microsoft Edge; Firefox 27 or higher
  • Mac OS X 10.11 and above with Safari 7.0 or higher; Firefox 27 or higher

AT&T voicemail account type required for Voicemail Viewer

The Voicemail Viewer app is only compatible with AT&T Voicemail or AT&T Unified Messaging voicemail services.

Using Voicemail Viewer

Sign in to Voicemail Viewer
Once you’ve set up your AT&T Unified Messaging mailbox, sign in to the app with your 10 digit home telephone number and the 6-10 digit PIN associated with your AT&T Unified Messaging service.
