Add or remove internet add-ons

Add, change, or remove your AT&T Internet or Internet Air add-ons like ActiveArmor or Extended Wi-Fi Coverage Service.

Internet

AT&T Extended Wi-Fi Coverage Service

You can add extended Wi-Fi® coverage online at att.com or with the AT&T Smart Home Manager app.

You can only remove extended Wi-Fi coverage with the Smart Home Manager app.

AT&T ActiveArmor® internet security advanced

If you have BGW320 or BGW620, use the Smart Home Manager app to add or remove ActiveArmor.

AT&T HomeTech ProtectionSM

  1. Go to your Internet account. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Select My add-ons.
  3. Choose HomeTech Protection.
  4. Follow the prompts to add or remove.

Unlimited data package

  1. Go to your internet account. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Select My add-ons.
  3. Choose unlimited data option.
  4. Follow the prompts to add or remove.

Internet Air

AT&T Extended Wi-Fi Coverage Service

To add or remove your extended Wi-Fi coverage:

  1. Go to your internet account. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Look for the Extended Wi-Fi Coverage Service card.
  3. Select Add and review or Cancel.
  4. Follow the prompts to add or remove.

FYI: You can also add or remove it with the Smart Home Manager app.

Business Internet

To cancel Managed Internet Backup, call 800.223.6965.

To cancel any other internet add-ons for AT&T Business accounts, call us at 800.321.2000.
