INSTRUCTIONS & INFO

Keep your info current

Forgot your AT&T Mail password? Want to change it for security reasons? We can help.
There are a few steps to make sure you can easily change or reset your password. Do you check your email at currently.com? You’ll always manage your email password on att.com (myAT&T).

Good to know: The password used to sign into your email and myAT&T are the same. If you change your AT&T Mail password, your AT&T user ID password will change, too.

I don’t know my password

Did you recently change your AT&T user ID password? Try to sign in to your email using your new password. If that doesn’t work, reset your password.
  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

I know my password

For security reasons, we suggest you change your password regularly. You can do this on myAT&T.
  1. Go to your Sign-in info.
  2. Select Change password.
  3. Enter and save your password info.
