Sharing calendars

Learn how to share your calendar with other people.

Share your calendar

Let’s get started

If you'd like others to have unrestricted access to your calendar and privacy isn't a concern, you can use a link or iCal address to share your calendar.

Share your calendar privately

To share a calendar with someone privately, follow these steps:

  1. In the column to the left of your calendar, hover over the calendar name and select the down arrowhead button that appears to the right.
  2. Select Edit Calendar or Share from the menu. This will open the calendar options window.
  3. Check the box next to Share with specific people, and type in email addresses. You can only enter one per row. To share with additional people, use the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons to add or remove a row for each person.
  4. Choose the level of permissions, or access, each person will have to the calendar:
    • Select View only to allow someone to only see the events on the calendar.
    • Select View and Edit to allow someone to add, edit, or delete events on the calendar.
  5. Select Save. An email with links to access the calendar is sent to the person. You can manage an individual's access to your calendar at any time.

Share your calendar publicly

You can also share your calendar with others through a link that you can post or send to others.

To share all of your calendars publicly:

  1. Follow steps 1-3 from the Share your calendar privately instructions above.
  2. Select Share with anyone via my public calendar link.
  3. Copy the URL that appears in the field below. All of your calendars can be publicly viewed from that page if the box is checked.
  4. Select Save.
  5. Paste the link wherever you'd like to share it. Anyone using the link can see all your calendars from a webpage or from their own AT&T Yahoo! Calendar.

To share a specific calendar publicly:

  1. Follow steps 1-3 from the Share your calendar privately instructions above.
  2. Copy the URL in the Share with a Web Address link field.
  3. Paste the link wherever you'd like to share it.
  4. Anyone using the link can see your calendar from a webpage or from their own AT&T Yahoo! Calendar.

To share a specific calendar via iCalendar:

  1. Follow steps 1-3 from the Share your calendar privately instructions above.
  2. Copy the URL in the Share with iCal Address field.
  3. Paste the link wherever you'd like to share it. When selected, the shared calendar will appear in the default calendar on a user's computer or device.

The AT&T calendar is a great tool to help you stay organized, get things done, and plan ahead.
