Fix emails sent to the wrong folder or trash

If emails are going to the wrong folder or trash, a filter may be causing it. Check your settings to see where those emails are going.

  • If you use Outlook, Mac Mail, or a mobile app that deletes email from the server, contact the manufacturer for help.
