Manage Wi-Fi devices with Smart Home Manager

Keeping track of the devices connected to your network has never been easier. Invite guests or view and manage connected devices with just a few clicks.

Review your connected devices

Use Smart Home Manager to find out what devices are connected to your Wi-Fi network. You can also:

  • Edit device details
  • Add the device to a profile
  • Block the device from your network
  • Run a device security scan (if enabled)

Good to know: If Smart Home Manager can’t identify your device type, it will show it as Other or Unknown.

From a computer

  1. Sign in to Smart Home Manager.
  2. Choose Network, then Connected Devices. Only devices connected to your network will show.
  3. Select the device you want to view. To edit device details, choose the more option (three dots).

With the Smart Home Manager app

  1. Open the Smart Home Manager app.
  2. Tap Profiles & devices and choose the middle icon. Only devices connected to your network will show.
  3. Select a device to view its details.

Don’t have the app yet? Download it from the App store or Google Play. Downloading the app won’t affect an install or repair appointment.

Invite guests to connect to your network

Tired of writing down your Wi-Fi info for visitors? Have your guests scan your QR code with their phone camera to connect instantly. Or, you can text or email your Wi-Fi info to them. Here’s how:

  1. Open the Smart Home Manager app.
  2. Select My Wi-Fi.
  3. Choose Share Wi-Fi for the network you want to share with a guest
  4. Choose your contact or message option to send the info.

FYI: You can only text your Wi-Fi details from the Smart Home Manager app on your smartphone.
