Learn about changes to AT&T unlimited plans

Monthly charges for your unlimited plan and connected devices will increase beginning November 2024.

What to know

We’re increasing the monthly rate plan charge for phones and connected devices on select AT&T unlimited plans by $0.99 per line. This increase will allow us to continue to deliver the great wireless service you expect. You’ll see the price increase within three bill periods.

  • Phone lines and connected devices added, or impacted plans activated, on February 1, 2024, and later aren’t affected by this change.
  • Existing discounts and promotions aren’t affected by this change.

Cancel your service

We hate to see you leave, but we understand you may want to cancel your wireless service. Give us a call at 800.331.0500 so we can help you review your account and discuss your options.

Have an installment plan on a device but want to cancel your service? You can:

  • Pay off the remaining installment plan balance and keep your device. 
  • Call us at 800.331.0500 to return your device and waive any remaining installment balance. You have until January 31, 2025, to return your device and get your installment balance waived.
