Here’s how to track the status of your request:

- Check your email or text to see if we approved your unlock request. If you don’t see an email, check your spam folder.
- Go to att.com/unlockdevicestatus and follow the prompts.
- It can take us up to 48 hours to confirm your eligibility after you submit your unlock request.1
- If you don’t follow the link in your confirmation email within 24 hours, we’ll have to cancel your unlock request, and you’ll have to start over.
- If your request wasn’t approved, your device may not be eligible to be unlocked. Check out the full list of eligibility requirements
