Sign in to the app

First time signing in or haven’t signed in for 90 days? Or, did you sign out? To keep your account secure, you’ll complete a 2-step sign-in process.
  1. Sign in to NumberSync from your tablet. You’ll get an alert, but don’t worry. This is the start of the 2-step sign-in.
  2. Look for a text from us that has a passphrase. We’ll send it to the primary phone number linked to your user ID
  3. Reply to that text with the passphrase.
  4. Sign in to NumberSync again after you get a confirmation text.

Ready to make a call from your tablet?
Tap the phone icon and then tap Dial or Contacts.

Having trouble making calls over Wi-Fi®?
If so, you may have a firewall issue. Check with your internet service provider about your default firewall settings.

Suspend or remove NumberSync from your Android tablet

  1. Go to account overview and open the My wireless section.
  2. Scroll to My devices & add-ons and choose the device you want to manage.
  3. Select Manage my device.
  4. Select Manage NumberSync.

Follow the prompts to suspend or remove NumberSync.
