To perform an alternate factory reset, insert a <strong>paperclip</strong> or <strong>sim tool </strong>into the <strong>Reset hole</strong> on the right side of the device then hold for 6 seconds. The AT&amp;T GoLink™ 5G Hotspot will factory reset.<br><br></p>
