1. From the home screen, press the Menu key.
   
2. Tap Settings.
   
3. Tap Add account.
   
4. Tap Email.
   
5. Enter the desired account email address.
   
6. Tap the Password field, then enter the account password.
   
7. Tap Manual setup.
   
8. Tap the desired option.
   Note: For more information on configuring your email account, contact your email service provider, or your company's IT department.
   
9. Edit incoming server settings as desired, then tap Next.
   
10. Edit outgoing server settings as desired, then tap Next.
    
11. Edit account options as desired, then tap Next.
    
12. Enter the desired account name.
    
13. Tap the Display name field, then enter the desired display name.
    
14. Tap Done.
    
15. The account is now ready for use. Tap Email to adjust account settings.
    
16. When new mail is received, a New Mail icon will appear in the Notifications bar.
