1. From the home screen, tap Phone.
   
2. Enter the desired phone number.
   
3. Tap the Call icon.
   
4. To answer an incoming call, touch and drag the Answer icon to the right.
   
5. A Phone icon will appear in the Notifications bar while a call is on the line.
